FINALLY... new pictures!

I know we've been terrible, but we did just move, plus Matthew and I both just started new jobs. It's been very, very busy. But here, finally, for your viewing pleasure are new pictures.
Here are Matthew and the boys with Mitt Romney. Yes, we now live in New Hampshire and will get to see every presidential candidate. Since I am covering Romney occasionally at my new job I didn't think it prudent to pose in a picture with him. (Did you notice Matthew's shirt? It says live free or die. Matthew has embraced New Hampshire's motto as the best in the nation.)

Thomas and the ER.... again

So I had to take Thomas to the ER today because he got into Grandma's blood pressure medicine. What a stinker! He's fine. He probably only got down a little bit of one pill. He was spitting it out and telling grandma yucky when she found him. He was running around, dancing and singing in the ER. The doctors weren't terribly worried. The good news is the hospitals in Nashua are great and much quieter than the ones in New York. We were seen promptly and let go in just a couple of hours. I wish I would have taken a picture of him after they made him drink the charcoal (used to absorb the medicine), he looked like a little monster with his black mouth. They mixed the charcoal with hershey's chocolate syrup so he'd drink it. Everyone was really great. Here are some of my favorite pictures of Thomas from Wendy's visit in August (we really need to invest in another camera...) I promise to try to get pics of our new house and the boys up soon!

My New York Family

One of the reasons I survived New York is because I've had so many great friends here. We have had many adventures together and I am so sad to leave them. Here is a picture we took at Ginger's house.

Here are some fun photos from Brooklyn. We love the park that sits between the Brooklyn Bridge and the Manhattan Bridge. Wendy took the pictures. She is here for a visit (hurray!!). We're trying to cram in our last few New York moments before we head off to New Hampshire.

For anyone who doesn't know -- we'll be moving soon to New Hampshire. We'll miss our friends in New York, as well as many, many things about the city, but it's time to move on! Matthew has a new job with BAE Systems that he's really excited about. The rest of us are excited about the open spaces and proximity to Boston. The fall colors are supposed to be amazing...
